I deal with FedEx on a regular basis for package deliveries, and so I have a be of a love/​hate relationship with them. I love getting things in the mail, but I hate having to drive super out of my way to pick them up.
Most of my packages are from work, and they always seem to end up at this airport pickup location. It’s often frustrating me because they have limited hours and your package usually doesn’t arrive until after 5pm.
Delivery and hours frustration aside, anytime I come to pick up a package at this location I receive excellent service. I’m always greeted warmly and twice the staff has helped me carry and load packages to my car. They do have rather strict rules about ID and who can pick up your package, so be sure to read up on that before you go.
This place is right beside the Ottawa airport and has ample parking.
