Domino’s Pizza

Fantastic service and food. Customer service goes out of their way to support their customers.

They are quick, efficient and the order is always correct.
We have been ordering from this dominos for a few years now and we have no complaints!

In my opinion, you can’t go wrong with dominos pizza. The pizzas are always cheesy, the crust is delicious (relatively thick), the sauce is perfect. Good topping selection. And they have always been speedy. Now, having just moved here from halifax, their pizzas are not delivered nearly as HOT as what I’m used to, but I’m still a fan.

Another delicious experience. Delivery was quick. The online order tracker is great for knowing exactly where your order is in the process!

Recently decided to give this Domino’s Pizza a try. It was a Friday evening and the place had a lot of workers.
The things I like about this location is that it is clean and they have a monitor letting you know the status of your order. I ordered my pizza online for a pick up at a certain time. The employees asked me 4 times while I was waiting for my name and told me my pizza was not ready even though the monitor said it was ready for 5 minutes.
It seems the reason I was told it wasn’t ready was because they lost the sticker/​receipt that they attach to each order. Once they figured out the error I had my pizza and tried to leave. But the employee behind the counter would not let me leave because they have a policy that every order has to have a sticker/​receipt or it’s free, they even pointed to the little poster on the counter to show me. So I had to stand there waiting while he tried to print a sticker. After many tries I just wanted to leave. I finally just left and told them I did not need the sticker, I just want to get home.
If it was not for this stupid sticker/​receipt it would have been a good experience.
Why have a policy if you are not follow it.
