I cannot remember the last time that I ate a Domino’s pizza, but I am pretty sure that it was atleast 10 years ago. Domino’s was not on my go to pizza list because, we’ll lets be honest… the youtube videos that went viral years ago in the U.S. of A! But, I was forced to give Dominos a shot today when my boss ordered our group pizza. I was interested in trying Domino’s, and wondered if it was true that the pizza did infact taste like cardboard. My boss ordered the Eat & be Merry special for $ 23.99, which included 1 cheesy bread, 2 medium sized pizzas with 3 toppings on each. The toppings that were ordered were mushroms, bacon bits and pepperoni, which I would not have ordered, but it tasted fantastic. The mushrooms were delish, and there were plenty, including the stems, which I like. The bacon bits were real, and were seasoned perfectly. Pepperoni was tasty as well; nicley sliced and salty. The dough reminded me of spring water dough, and was crisp, yet soft; I even ate the crust. The cheesy bread was a hit at work, and it was gone in minutes. It was very soft, and warm, and came with a marinara sauce for dipping, Better than Pizza Pizza? I am voting yes, and Pizza Pizza is usually my go to delivery place. Toppings appeared freshly chopped, and was better quality than other competitors. I raved about the pizza to the hubby and look forward to ordering in the future!!!
