I needed a mirror cut basically to refresh its old look and also a new oval one to be cut and installed in an antique frame. Centennial Glass offered the same price as their major competitor, but with a service that exceeded my expectations.
They felt that since their cutting of the existing mirror showed signs of wear and tear on the sides where they did cut (I could hardly see it and would have been satisfied with their job as is) but nevertheless they offered me a new mirror in the same dimensions at no extra cost!
This is going beyond the call of duty.
I used this company a few years ago and could remember vaguely that I had received very good service, this re-​confirmed that my memory had not failed me and I now know that in the future this will be my first and only stop for all my glass needs!

Totally disappointed in their customer relationship. I went to buy some hardware for my sliding door and wanted advice on windows etc. The person I spoke to treated me rather perfunctorily when I asked about types and costs of windows and shower enclosures. He seemed bored. Was it because it is a woman asking about hardware? I don’t know. But he enthusiastically talked at length to a couple who came in after me so I watched and listened to his explanations for a while then left. I am having my bathroom redone and won’t get my windows here.

Called these guys for the first time to replace a smashed window. The estimate guy came the next day to do the measurements, glass was ordered and came in less than a week. Rob the installer was very quick and came within the appointment time. Would recommend.
