Best Buy

A disappointing experience this time around.
I checked their website for a specific computer they have on sale right now. It said it was in stock at this location. THEN I called and the person said yes, they have it in stock.
Upon arriving it took over 20 minutes to find someone who would help me, because apparently everyone else was busy or somewhere else. There were at least a half dozen customers circling the electronics section just waiting for a staff member to come by. Finally, someone did. It took him 30 seconds to say «nope, we’re sold out.» I just called and your store said you had it in stock… I asked for a comparable model and he tried offering an upgrade to an $ 800 computer, almost double what I was looking to spend.
He suggested I try the Nepean (Merivale Road) Future Shop instead. I left disappointed having wasted a trip even though they told me what I was looking for was in stock.
