The Maids

I’ve been using The Maids for at least a couple of years now. The only thing I hate more then cleaning is a dirty home, so a good cleaning company is absolutely essential to my happiness. I went through at least 4 – 5 of their competitors before I finally found The Maids. There’s certain things that are absolutely important to me, like (1) making sure my dog doesn’t get out of the house when they come in. (2) making sure my desk in my home office is dusted but without just throwing everything sitting on the desk into a drawer. (3) making sure there isn’t dust OR streak marks on my electronics (TV, Monitor, etc). I don’t think I’m being THAT difficult but you’d thinking I was asking for the moon when dealing with other cleaning services.
Anyway, this is meant to be a review of The Maids not a rant about other services lack of service, so to speak. The Maids came in and did an in home quote for me and the owner listened to everything I said while taking notes. She then assured me that the team would take care of my home to my specifications and right away gave me a sense of confidence. Each team is 3 – 4 people and each team has a team leader that checks the work of the other’s. This may not seem like a big deal but knowing that the team’s work has already been double checked before I even get to it makes a big difference to me.
Overall I highly recommend The Maids to anyone who is sick and tired of all the other cleaning services. They definitely do cost more on an hourly rate, but I honestly find it’s not THAT much more expensive when you consider a team of four can cover much more ground on an hourly rate vs one person or a team of two.
