Was here just yesterday. I have been to this location once before but it was. Quick pit stop for a much needed coffee. This time I actually stayed for about 2 whole hours. The old Oakville hospital is not too far where I had to drop my mom for some tests so I needed a spot closeby where I didn’t have to pay for parking where I could also get some of own work done. It was a late Wednesday morning and I was quite surprised at how busy and happenin this place was. When I walked in, there were about 5 people ahead of me and little to no available seating. Once I ordered my drink one or two people had cleared away so I managed to find myself a spot at a long, shared table. This location is quite large inside, possibly one of the largest Starbucks locations I’ve been to. However it is very busy. The service was ok, I didn’t notice anything special. There’s a large patio for awesome summer time seating. I noticed many of the Starbucks enthusiasts there seemed to be of the business realm. Many were holding mini meetings or catching up etc. When I was ready to leave I noticed someone quickly took my spot. So although it is a large location, seating is hard to get. I’m n a side note I tried to order a breakfast sandwich around 12noon and they were sold out. :(

No idea why but this location has always had the most suspect service of any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It was recently ask redone inside but it’s mood is to somber and the acoustics are terrible. The location note serves the reserve blends and had a «Clove» brewer. The closest used to be Toronto and it may still be. This location didn’t new out up to the level of quality I expected. If you’ve been to the Roastery in Seattle then you know how it should be! Part of the blame I think is due to the machine and general work area not being the cleanest. For any type of detail I believe in a 3 strike policy before complaining. This review is strike 3 fir this location. I’ve avoided it over the last year and will continue to but sometimes it’s the best choice for where I am. I hope things improve our the next 3rd strike is s complaint to head office.

Love this location. The wait times can be long as it is the only Starbucks in the area with a large seating space complete with tables and couches. Free wifi! Everyone loves free wifi and it actually works well. The staff has recently changed, but they are extremely friendly. My app wouldn’t work one day, so they gave me my coffee for free and told me to pass on the good karma. Made my day. They always have a good selection of breakfast items and treats, but make sure you get the breakfast sandwiches early in the day. They do often run out of thw turkey bacon/egg white breakfast sandwich by noon. I’ll continue to go to this location frequently.

I go to this location at 321 Cornwall quite often in the mornings. I buy a coffee and breakfast and relax and read on the comfy couches. The location itself is really nice. Its comfortable, at the sunlight coming through is very nice in the morning. However, the staff is not friendly at all(with the exception of the older lady who is lovely). The younger staff does not say good morning/how are you? Simply what can I get you and then onto the next customer. I have a friend that used to work at Starbucks and she said that in training they were encouraged to make a personal connection with customers. Well this is definitely not happening here. I go there 3 – 4 times a week and they have NEVER asked how I am. On my birthday I asked for my free birthday drink and all I got was an «okay…next customer». The final straw was when I ordered breakfast and a coffee and then proceeded to place my belongings on my chair and settle in. A while later I was wondering if they had forgotten my order… I walked to the counter to find my breakfast sandwich and coffee cold. They couldn’t even tell me it was ready! I thought that they were at least supposed to call out what was ready on the bar. I will take my business to Whole Foods now. Forget this place.

Take my bucks Starbucks! I came here over the weekend and was quite impressed with this particular location. To start, the inside has a lot of seating. . and not just chairs and tables, they also have comfy seats! This would have been a great to place to study if I was still a student. They also have a nice outdoor patio too, if you’d prefer to enjoy the nice weather outside. What stood out the most for me; however, was the exceptional customer service my gf and I received when we went. My gf was interested in trying one of those new Oprah tea’s with mocha inside but wasn’t sure how it would taste. So the girls that worked there offered to make it for us, and if we didn’t like it, they said they would make us another drink free of charge! So yeah, as the story goes we didn’t like it and instead got a java chip frap. All in all, it was a great experience and I would come back here again

I’ve been to numerous Starbucks locations around Ontario, and though they range in taste, style and setting, I have never really been that disappointed; that is, until now. The Starbucks location on 321 Cornwall Road was a nightmare. The barista’s were more interested in socializing then allowing me to pay for my drink, service was extremely slow and there was no line up! Not to mention, I ordered a hot Cinnamon Dolce and my drink tasted revolting. My drink was freezing, lacked flavour and no cinnamon had been added. Normally I would ask for the Bartista to fix the issue when inside, but I was in a rush and did not sip the drink before I left the location. Upon getting into my car, I found the drink to be inedible and I ended up discarding the mess in the closest garbage I found. I swear to never come back to this location.

Get your wallets out — Starbucks has«bucks» in its name for a reason. Although more expensive, I can’t deny that yes, I am qrite the Starbucks fan. Chai frap? Cinnamon Dolche? Sesonal drinks(big ups to Pumkin Spice!)? Kinda love it. This is one of the two Starbucks close by in my area. If I feel like sitting down and staying, this is the location I choose. There is a lot of seating and it can be a tad less busy. Service is friendly for the most part as well. Side note: I hate how when I want my drink made with skim milk, they call it a «None Fat». Yes I get that the milk is less fating but I just like the taste! Can’t you just say skim?!
