Just as bad as previous visits, maybe worse. Front person was friendly, rest of the staff as usual found socializing more important than any service. Many items not priced, staff all at the front gabbing. This place is a bit of a joke. Hamilton store slays this place.

An excellent first impression!
We brought our 7 yr old son and 9 yr old daughter in with their hand me down (from their cousins) used skates for sharpening, new laces, and to get new elbow pads, for their upcoming skating lessons.
The store’s décor and selection is awesome. We decided to visit this store since their prices were less than the online sales prices from CDN Tire and Sport Chek.
We talked to three different sales staff and every one of them was friendly and helpful. They even sent us a copy of our receipt by email.
If our kids like their skating lessons, we’ll definitely be back to this store for more gear.
