I was in contact with one of the employees of the health club regarding temporary suspension of my membership. This discussion took place over the phone. I felt I was mistreated as her tone was extremely impolite. She blamed me directly for an issue with the phone reception, and she was also very impatient in assisting me. I am very disappointed with how this company trains its employees to deal with customers over the phone. Then I sent an email to the club manager regarding my complaint. A week later there was no response from the manager. I agree with the previous reviews. There is no customer service at all at this facility. I am totally disappointed with this facility.

I was a member for 3.5 years since the previous owners. The club manager Cas***a is the reason why i quit. She is hard to find and does not even return your calls. ZERO customer service. Need to speak to someone at the head office? Forget about it! The reception staff wound not even give you the contact information of the head office. Instead of spending all this money on the club, onehealth should train their staff first on how to treat customers. Thankfully because of their indifferent attitude I found a better club for half their price. I would NOT recommend one health oakville to anyone unless you want to waste your time and money.

This place is going through major renos, so I’m still waiting on what the final product will look like. But so far, so good. They have classes that my gf loves to go to, especially Zumba every wednesday. They have a lot of new equipment, just purchased. The good thing about this place is that they have a lot of equipment that I have never seen before, so it’s cool to try out. Not sure if this is just a novely that will wear off? The air circulation is better at some other gyms, but that’s not a big deal. I would recommend this gym for those who are beginners, and intermdiate level gym rats. The machines are mostly used to accomodate those who are not adept at using free weights for the same exercise. One other thing, ab machines at the moment are lacking… the ones they have are not to my liking. Good prices. For most, the first 2 months are $ 25/month, and then approx $ 45/month after that. On par with the industry average.
