Kinetic Konnection

I was recommended by a friend of mine to look into orthopedic inserts/​shoes for my lower back pain and to help with my posture so I booked an appointment with Kinetic Konnection in Oakville. The location is a bit tricky to find as you cannot see them from the street. I would say it is much easier to drive into the plaza from Trafalgar as they are just behind Loblaws almost across the parking lost from Canadian Tire. The employees at the front desk were very friendly and knowledgeable. The office itself is open and very bright; I even noticed a few snacks were available if one needed something to munch on. The Chiropodist — Alexandra, was very approachable. She made me feel comfortable and explained the different signs she was looking for as she assessed my gait and my feet. The entire initial assessment only lasted about 20 – 30 mins. I should receive my orthopedic inserts in about 2 weeks and I am looking forward to picking them up. They offer a large variety of custom fabrics/​supports for the inserts as well as running shoes, Birkenstocks and other bracing/​supportive instruments. Based on this first visit, I would recommend visiting Kinetic Konnection if you require any kind of support.
