Great high end clothing for special occasions. I have happily spent a few thousand dollars at this store over the past few years, and have highly recommended it to all my family and friends as they always have a great selection of clothing. The shop owner and manager are always helpful and lovely to their buying customers. I recently purchased a lovely dress for my daughter for a special occasion. Upon her first time wearing it, it came apart at the seams. I called the shop hoping to have the dress replaced or some sort of offer to have me come in the store to get something else, but instead I received a phone call in which it was explained that there was nothing that they could do for me as they have not had any other issues with this line of clothing. When I explained that I was not happy and would not return to the shop, it didn’t bother them at all, they were sorry that I felt the way I did but explained that had I bought something for myself at Holt Renfrew and had the same situation, Holt Renfrew would not replace the item. I guess they often do not shop at Holt Renfrew, as that is definitely not the kind of service I receive at Holts. I expected a much higher level of service from their company, and I am quite disappointed. I will start making a trip out to Bolton where there is a great high end kids clothing store where the service is always pleasant. I will be informing my friends and family about this experience.
