Ordered specifically an ORANGE arrangement with an ORANGE vase, my friend’s favourite colour. Even specified MORE ORANGE FLOWERS. She received a gas station YELLOW bouquet with some sticks in it, in a bog standard clear dollar store vase. So much for their substitution policy: «Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value.» PFFFFHHHT!!!
