John is amazing! I hired him as we had purchased a new house (only 3 years old) and wanted to make sure nothing was wrong before we finalized the offer. He found lots of items, such as leakage, drainage issues that alerted me to get the sellers’ to address these expensive issues before I purchased the house. Within 12 hours of completing the inspection he immediately sent me the inspection report which was incredibly detailed with high quality photographs. He is also super friendly and has some dope technology. I would recommend him to anyone!
