Unitext-The Student Bookstore

There are a few things that every college student goes through; late nights, much-​too-​early mornings, being cash-​strapped and trying to find good deals wherever you can… As such, a student on a tight budget may appreciate Unitext-​The Student’s Bookstore.
Serving the York University and Seneca College student community for approximately ten years, it offers textbooks at a bit of a discount to the actually publisher’s price. The bookstore is large and usually has just about any book based on course numbers and lists for the current year (an easy way to find what you need).
I’ve been to Unitext several times in my undergrad days and consider the bookstore A-​OK in terms of saving money in comparison to new books at the campus bookstore. The prices at Unitext are about $ 10-​$ 15 less than those at the university if the books are in good shape, and about $ 25 cheaper if they are in worse condition. (Highlights and such)
All in all, every little bit helps when you’re paying for school, so there are some deals that are worth the trek up to York U!
