Why would I bother to write a review about The Body Shop? They are just another franchise store! And are they all the same. there are practically one in every single mall in Canada carrying the same products, with the same prices?
I dropped by this Body Shop at Fairview Mall on a busy Saturday evening! The store was particularly busy because they have this one day special $ 30 for any 3 items! I was thinking about getting those expensive face cream which is over $ 30 each for $ 10! Of course to my disappointment, they were all gone…
The stores was packed with customers, with just 3 sales/​cashiers working the crowds. I then look for massage oil. and this nice sale lady not only help me go to the back and look to see if they have any more stock… however no such luck, she then suggest she can mix some for me using essential oil! All the time she was so helpful and cheerful.
She even suggest I call ahead in the morning so she can even put aside some of those expensive products for me to pick up if there is any sale in the future!
That’s what I call customer services!
