Selection isn’t good, I got to get toilet paper and popcorn because I live close,
There is an employee who gives me a hard time every time I try to buy something, she is very short, old and I think Spanish
They always take forever to serve customers as well. It is a slow and small location it does not need to take 5 minutes per customer.

This location is very small and lacks the variety. The service here is also very poor. The csr’s here are only looking out for themselves for deals and turn down many items they want themselves. Drive down to Sheppard for better selection and service.

I love Shoppers Drug Mart and their products, but I’m not too fond of this specific location. I live just a few minutes away from here and I go here whenever I feel like buying nail polishes, lipsticks, and facial creams/​cleansers. Although, I found it quite rude and irritating that some of the associates made it completely obvious that they were «keeping an eye out for you», if you know what I mean. I felt like I was being followed and watched throughout my entire visit and I found that to be extremely annoying since I’m such a frequent customer. Aside from the few rude employees, this place carries everything I’m looking for and their products are always at a reasonable price.

I had to go to this Shoppers to pick up a prescription for my mom in law. I must say, this is one of the smallest Shoppers Drug Marts I’ve ever been to. But I think since its in this small plaza complex it’s only meant to be as a kind of convenience store where you can get your basics. The pharmacist went over the medication doses & instructions with me, which was nice. He was perfectly polite & professional. The inside of this Shoppers was tidy & clean. And it wasn’t busy at all. But I wouldn’t come to this location if I wanted variety in terms of amount of brands they carry. There didn’t seem to be that many products to choose from.
