I had a negative experience with these arrogant douchebags. I will not get into details because I don’t want to get anyone fired.
Upon investigating further like reading reviews elsewhere I found out the recruiters work under a lot of pressure in what is described as a cold call boiler room like atmosphere. It seems like they are driven by commission and treat candidates like a commodity. At this point I pitty them and recommend candidates do a job search themselves. Fix up your resumes a bit, wear a nice suit and smile, market and socialize put yourselves out there and don’t listen to them, you know your worth and what you can do. Avoid these leeches aka Labour pimps.
