I came in here to check out their Rolex selection and ended up having at least a 30min lesson on the watches by Andrew. He was able to tell me things that the almighty internet wouldn’t know including that not all of their watches can be customised to whatever the customer wants. There were limitations.
I can tell that he was not only knowledgeable, but also passionate about the product he sells. And at no time did I sense any pretension, Andrew was 100% professional.
Tip: You have to be buzzed into the separate Rolex room at the back. Some merch is displayed outside, but the nicer stuff is in the locked room!
