Never ever work with this company. The worst of the worst experience in moving with a company I ever had. They are so unreliable and they keep giving you wrong delivery dates. Their customer service is awful and I would say never hire them! NEVER! Its been 20 days that they picked up my furniture to move them from Calgary to Vancouver and no sign of delivery so far!

Worst. Move. Ever. Would like to rate «no stars». DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
Arranged a month ahead to have them pick up in Montréal on a Sunday and deliver to Toronto. Was told the day before that they never pick up on Sunday, and would only pick up on Saturday in Montréal, causing me huge logistical problems. When I called about this, spoke to Brian, who was ASTONISHINGLY RUDE. Breathtakingly RUDE. Aggressively RUDE.
They charged TWICE what they quoted, and wouldn’t unload the truck without the imprint
from my credit card even though I had given them all the information over the phone. I had to drive across town to give them the actual credit card. What century is this???
The movers themselves were also very unprofessional: they weren’t accommodating and said inappropriate things to my daughter.
I could go on, but would rather try and put this whole experience behind me.
I will end with THIS IS AN AWFUL COMPANY.
