The herbs are primarily Asian which is useful if you don’t live close enough to TO’s Chinatowns. The bottled supplement assortment is fairly unique albeit hardly complete – E.G. – they have a rather hard to find Swiss Herbal Melatonin formulation but for a greater supplement selection overall you’re obviously going to want to go elsewhere – such as HEALTHY PLANET. The prices are reasonable but not the cheapest – 5 year old Canadian Ginseng is $ 60/​lb for example. «South China Herbs Market» is still the cheapest place I have found yet for raw Chinese herbs.
I’ve never had acupuncture so I can’t rate this business on that; it would be helpful if someone else could though.
