I came to this store with a pair or jeans that were worn less than 10 hours and were falling apart (very rare of Guess Jeans). The sales associate and manager were so helpful. They told me they would do an exchange and were super friendly and nice. She helped me select some other jeans to choose from and I am very happy with the service.
Everyone in the store was eager to help all of their customers. In the fitting room the service was wonderful as well. I told the girl I was interested in a dress and she brought me some.
I would highly recommend this location. They also carry much more product than Promenade. It’s worth checking out!
