I hardly shop here as I find it a very hit and miss place… you either love it or hate it! I’m gearing more towards hate… I would only shop here if I HAD to!

I only shop here when I am desperate. (Meaning all other options (shops) are closed and I need groceries)
Staff doesn’t care about the customers, including checkout staff (a pleasant smile might be nice or friendly chit chat), and the people stocking shelves.
Store is always dirty.
I commonly find expired items on the shelves — CHECK THE EXPIRY DATES — before you pay!!!
The worst aspect of the store is the store closing announcer (I tend to shop late hence others stores are closed) — I don’t want to be on your store any longer than necessary and I know you’ve had a long day and just want to go home also — but I am sure your shoppers don’t appreciate rudeness or attitude over the PA system.
