This park is a hidden gem in plain sight of all who drive north past Lawrence Avenue while on the DVP. You’ll know it by the rainbow tunnel. It’s a new conservation area complete with paved bike paths and rugged trails that run around the train tracks where they cross with a trestle. There’s a cozy bird sanctuary lookout area over the river and info boards explaining the fish situation in the river. That includes the salmon stocking done annually. Ideally enjoyed when the DVP closes occasionally for events or maintenance. Highly recommended!
