Worst experience ever!!! Very unprofessional staff starting with the receptionist (female) that called to confirm my appointment day before, didn’t say vein clinic said «I’m calling from Dr. corpus office» when I told her I knew no Dr. Corpus she rudely said «YOU made the appointment with us «soooo condescending !,
Then I go in for the free consultation (covered by OHIP) and the pre screening nurse named Jeanette asks me questions and I tell her my varicose veins got worse after I lost 75 pounds this year and then she of course was curious and asked me how I lost the weight, I told her I went off sugar and white flour and went to a detox centre in the USA to do it, she literally started laughing and cackling so LOUD I turned red and almost started getting teary. I told her it wasn’t funny And with not even an «I’m sorry «she childishly covered her mouth and started laughing again (I didn’t see what was so funny) the doctor came in and told me in a one minute speech how much it was going to cost and if I didn’t do it my leg would get worse with time.
This place is literally down the street from where I live BUT I will travel anywhere (even BACK to the USA) to get professional people dealing with me!!! The fee he wanted was $ 5500.00 for one leg :(
Going somewhere else to get professional service and treated better :)
