Both Dr. Atwal and Dr. Abulahea were terrible, lineup is always long. I went to them twice over the course of having shingles, and here is what happened: 1) Dr. Abulahea did not prescribe any efficient pain killers when the blisters hurt. I told him tylenol extra strength nor advil works, and he still told me to take them during the day, and prescribed me a pill for the night. The pill absolutely did not work, and my pharmacist friend told me it’s the wrong prescribed drug for something for like shingles. He took less than 2 minutes with me, and did not even listen to me. He started with prescribing me anti-virals for the shingles(which I already had), and I had to ask him what he was prescribing! Good thing I did not just walk out the door with an anti-viral prescription that I already had from the ER. I had to ask him for painkillers! But the ones he prescribed aren’t even for the right application! 2) When my shingles turned from painful to itchy, I went to Dr. Atwal to get a prescription for something to ease the itchiness. Again, he prescribed the wrong cream for it! He prescribed a cream to treat rashes or allergic reactions, but shingles is not from an allergic reaction! Wasting my money again on prescriptions that do not even work. Again, he spent less than 2 minutes with me after waiting for an hour. Seriously, these«doctors» needs to go back to med school!!! Go find a better walk-in clinic with better doctors on staff.

Please find another clinic!!! Receptionists: –gossip for the 2 hours I was waiting(I was told would be a 45 min wait). –appear unprofessional –there were 5 or so staff behind the tiny desk(not sure why. only one was truly working the whole time) Doctor: –Dr. Feld was talking over me the entire time –He does not listen –does not make eye contact –rude –in a major hurry from the moment he flew in the door –zero bedside manners There are some excellent walk-ins in toronto… google, Unilocal, and go to another one!

Receptionists were sweet, the wait wasn’t that bad and the doctor was super nice and helpful. He listened, didn’t rush me through anything — I was definitely satisfied! Came here around 6pm on a work day and the line wasn’t bad at all. They’re open till 8−9pm which is amazing because it’s near impossible to find a good clinic that is open late in Willowdale… All in all a good experience! Phew… these things are usually hit or miss. There is a family practice here too, I believe, but I went for walk-in.
