We bought Upright HAILUN piano and a Guitar 2 years ago and unfortunately I trusted Mike (Ehsan), but he is a big liar, he lies for every dollar .I do not recommend to buy anything from him, after 2 years being a royal customer I found out today how much he laid to us.
This is an unfortunate for Music industry that we had to deal with such a this guy.
He is very rude and he cannot control himself and not respecting customer.

We have been shopping for a piano for a few years now, and the good people at the Vancouver Music Gallery have been tirelessly helping us this entire time. Once we finally committed to an amazing Hailun*, they organized delivery the next day and included a very high quality bench and tuning for free!
They seemed to genuinely want to match us with the correct piano, even giving us a 0% financing option. As the only Hailun rep in BC– and this brand being «up and coming” — I highly recommend Vancouver Music Gallery if you are interested in a new piano.
*We got a Georgian Polished Walnut– Hailun Grand Piano. One of the best piano’s I’ve ever played– a warm «European» sound, not brassy at all, truly a beauty.
