I don’t know what to write here. It like any other Tim Hortons. To me all Tim Hortons are the same. I can’t see the difference maybe the location. Its busy. This Tim Horton has free parking because its in a mall. Its in a convenient location.

When grabbing donuts for customers please use a glove! Many times the little square of paper does nothing as I see fingers which have touched everything including hair, skin, money etc. touch the donut etc. While the employee may not notice it, the customer does and when the customer tells you they saw it and to replace the donut — DONOTARGUE with the customer! Hygiene and customer service lacking at this and many locations.

By far the worst customer service in Vancouver. It seems like someone dragging them to work. There is no reason to wait 10 mints to have my coffee even though it’s not busy. I’ve never seen a perfect cleaning job there. They damaged the Tim Hortons image.

This location is actually 10 minutes away from my house and I’ve been here off and on for tea on the way to meeting some friends. I agree that it is small, however, I’ve always done the grab and go sort of thing. The lady at the til the past few times I was there(Tina if you’re reading this, tell me which branch you re-located in… I miss you and your dark morning sarcasm with my Earl Grey and two shots of cream). The fact that it is open 24 hours has saved me when I just needed to get away from the house to do homework.

Simply put, worse design ever. With even 5 people lining up, now the line is out the door. Fortunately there is an express line up til 11am, lucky I didn’t have to wait long. big location in this plaza. open 24 hours, that’s the extra star.
