Pizza Hut

Inconsistency is probably the biggest problem with this location. We order delivery from them a lot, cause the prices are good and the pizza is usually good, but from one day to the next, the quality changes. For example, this week we ordered the pizza of the day special (which was great) and a large Caesar salad (which was also great). The next day we ordered the same thing, but this time, the ‘large’ salad filled less than half of the container… which means that for $ 8, I got half a container of lettuce (NOT great).

We just recently moved to the north shore and thought we would give Pizza Hut a try. We know that they are a little more expensive but thought it was worth it. I remember Pizza hut being worth the extra money. The first time we ordered the pizza was cold under cooked and lacking toppings. The cini sticks were drowning in icing. I called to complain and they offered me a 50% credit. On trying the restraint again to use our credit we our order was just as bad! Pizza was cold, missing toppings and their signature «crispy» crust was soggy. Not only that but they forgot the pop, didn’t apply the discount and the delivery driver was rude when I did not tip. I trip for good food and service both of which I did not receive. Will NEVER order from here again. Highly recommend you go else where too. Panago is cheaper and their product is consistently good.

The service was terrible but the food was great in my opinion. When I was there yesterday, they took a long ass time to get me my drink of water, let alone the main course. They gave it to me not long before the main course. I was really thirsty. Once again, the food was really good. It also took a while for them to clear up my food and get me my bill. Great place and great food but service was dismal.

Disorganized and unhelpful staff. Skip this place unless you want poor service and mediocre food.

Because it ‘s relatively close we keep coming back. After last night I find myself asking «why?» — again. Food is only OK at best. However, we were surprised that our bill did not show the advertised discount (50% for second pizza). When confronted with this error, the manager tried to rationalize it by sating it applied only under certain conditions — blah, blah and blah. Well, the sign on the front door, the panel hanging over the cash register, with our server confirming it, lead us to believe otherwise. The manager grudgingly corrected the bill — I’m wondering how many people leave without realizing they did not get the discount they were due?

Normal Pizza Hut quality. Nothing special, but not too bad either. Okay experience.

This place is terrible. They get the orders wrong & the prices are outrageous! I will never go back!

I tried the pasta and it tasted like a pan of salt. I actually got sick from eating it and just threw it out. I do not like Pizza Hut’s pizza and have just added pasta to my list. Bleah

This review is more related to Pizza Hut’s attempt at pasta. I have seen their commercials where they «fool» people into thinking its gourmet pasta. I have tried it and it would not fool a small child. It was bland, full of salt and made me feel ill hours after eating it.
I do not suspect the quality of the pasta is any better from one Pizza Hut to another. It comes across like it was previously frozen, tossed in an oven and ten shuttled out to my door.
Very, very poor for a company that makes pretty damn good pizza.
