Mountain Hwy Collision

My husband ran into our neighbours car and damaged the bumper. Since the repair was coming out of own pocket, we went and bought a CAPA certified primed bumper cover, then started looking for a place to spray it to match… we spoke to a number of places and got lots or warnings about using a CAPA (and not OEM) part and lots of what seemed like very pricey quotes to paint it WITH the caveat «that it might not fit the vehicle, or match the body».
Enter Mountain Hwy Collision! They also gave the same caveats BUT also provided the solution — they would provide a courtesy car to our neighbour, so he could bring his vehicle in so they could FIT THE PART before painting (to make sure it fit), and also MATCH THE COLOUR to the vehicle perfectly, and then mount it on the vehicle!!! All we had to do was pay the bill, which with all this additional service the SAME as most other placed to just spray the unmounted cover. And the job looks perfect!!!
So in summary: Great, great service at a better price than the other places. OH I forgot the mention they were going to see if the damaged cover could be repaired (allowing us to return our part) but as it happens it was necessary to replace due to some broken clips. But still — they were really looking out for their customers.
Its not that often I think a place has really gone above and beyond the norm but I could not be more impressed with Mountain Hwy Collision. THANKS!
