Funny, I didn’t know this location at Lonsdale is also at Champlain Heights. It’s located at the ground level, and strangely, split into 2 different sections. Good selection, the Driscoll raspberries decently priced at $ 4 per pack… saw the blueberries from Mexico too, didn’t know they were grown there as well. Friendly service.

No organics to be seen. Kind of sad really.

We recent moved from Central Lonsdale to Lower Lonsdale and steps from the Quay. I have found with this move we have shifted from weekly shopping to several times a week because of the convenience of places like Kin’s Farm Market. The quality of their fruit and vegetables are very good. The prices are clearly marked and in the case of quality and price better than the nearby IGA. The staff, as in other parts of the Quay, seems to always be friendly and helpful. Loving the move and the changes that have come with it.

The fruit and veggies here always look so… happy. Despite their imminent future as my dinner, all the produce here look like willing victims. You get the feeling that they’ve had a good life. I also like coming here to get a sense of what’s in season, the stands are always changing. So while I’m not always able to buy blueberries or strawberries when I want to, when I do get my hands on them they’re always mouth-watering, sweet and delicious! Their prices are definitely a tad higher than your big-box grocery store. However, I was surprised to find that some of the produce at IGA was actually more expensive and the produce looked sad too. The people here are also super nice which is always a nice bonus and makes me more inclined to support a local business.

Fruits and Veggies right at my door step. Yes, please! I love it! I just recently started working in the Lonsdale Quay area and am so absolutely loving this location to pick up my fruits & veggies on my lunch break. No more grocery store produce for this gal. The prices are good and the produce is fresh & delicious. What is there not to love about Kin’s Farm Market.

Kin’s has some stiff competition from Waterfront Produce also at Lonsdale Quay, but this place holds its own by offering fresh, fresh produce and other grocery products. They make a point of carrying local produce and organic produce as well. So, if you are conscious of where your food comes from, you might be in grocery heaven here.

I love, love, love Kin’s new location in Lonsdale Quay. It’s right near the windows, and unlike some of their other stores, does not feel cramped or dark. Kin’s prices are great; very competitive with the grocery stores. Their quality is high as well. I really like that they identify the local products with big bold signs, making it easy for those who are trying to limit buying imported produce. It also helps me to buy what’s in season and work with that. The only danger is that everything looks so good and I feel guilty for buying too much and having it go bad… Bad me. What else can I say — everyone loves Kin’s!
