Bubbling Bubble Tea House

Not bad for North Van! I got the milk tea and taro slush, both with pearls. Unfortunately they don’t do milk tea slush here but the regular was good! Not as sweet as I’m used to with milk tea bubble tea in Vancouver and Richmond but good nonetheless. I tasted my friend’s taro slush and it was really good too (sweet enough). I was also impressed with the pearls, which actually tasted good and had the right amount of chewiness to it. Wasn’t expecting much from North Van but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality.

Cash only. So I ended up only getting a milk tea boba and was surprised to find that they made it on the spot with a mixing machine. All the store I’ve been to so far just premake a big batch. Not sure if that’s good or not but it was different. Tea tasted good and Boba was good.

After some hot, rich Korean food next door, we wanted to satisfy our sweet tooth with some refreshing bubble tea.
My first choice of bubble tea at any new bubble tea shop I try is always Milk Tea. So I ordered the Milky (original) Tea with pearls. However, there is a large range of other bubble tea, slush and drink options and instant cup noodles are sold here too.
The milk tea was sweet and had a good tea flavour, I should have asked for ½ sweet. The best part were pearls — chewy and a subtle sweet flavour. I was very much satisfied with this milky tea with pearls for only $ 4! Cash Only.
The seating area looks like a living room. Three coaches, a coffee table and a side table… there’s even a big plush bear to greet you! The seating area looks quite worn, you can tell by the graffiti saturated coffee table and side table. I really wanted to cuddle the bear, but thought otherwise — but feel free if you want to test your immune system!
Overall, very quick and nice family-​run service. I would definitely return again if I am in the area again.

This used to my favourite place until I went tonight to show my boyfriend and his brother (who happen to be visiting from San Francisco) my favourite spot for bubble tea. They were rude. I’m Korean and when they knew they were only being rude to us. She told my friend to step back when she was trying to look at the menu and when my finger got stuck on a menu that was taped to the desk she gave me the worst look and slapped her hand down. I have never felt so betrayed. I have been going to this place since I was in high school. Not only that. When I ordered a honey lemon red tea. I thought it was a hot menu but she made it cold. I told her my friends have a cold so if its ok for them to change it to a hot tea and they were so rude by saying no because they already made it? I worked in cafes and if a costumer makes a mistake by thinking the drink was hot or cold I always remake it for them for free. And being a costumer that has been going there for years I can’t believe how rude they were being to me and my friends. I will NEVER be going there again. They only cater to people who speak english.
ADDING ON I came home to boil it myself for my boyfriend and his friend because they cant drink cold tea from the cold.

Small location but functional for a location that doesn’t have a high bubble tea demographic. This time I went a little outside the cup and instead of pearls got apple jelly with a mango flavor bubble tea. Is that considered still a bubble tea at this point? Very friendly and warm customer service = extremely welcoming. I was impressed that they used mangos and real fruit instead of the fake stuff. I don’t mind the fake stuff once in a while but it does make me feel good knowing that they actually care about the ingredients that they use. Very reasonably priced.

I have to say because of its location, this place is not super busy. One of the reason, because its located in North Vancouver. Not too many Asian in the area. Other than that, the bubble tea are very refreshing and good. Freshly made on order like all other bubble tea place.
This place is quite small and I have to warn you its a bit run down. I see that they have old sofa but honestly, I don’t feel comfortable sitting on it because I am worry of nasty creepy crawlers. Seriously, the sofa do look dirty and run down. Maybe its their style or part of their décor.
This place is ran by a Korean Couple and they are very friendly. At first, they won’t allow me to take pictures which I thought was strange because they have a sign follow us on twitter and Facebook. Why put up a sign and not allow people to take picture but I am guessing someone must have set it up for them. So I don’t think the owners are internet or social media savvy. I told them I am a Unilocal Elite and then they were ok me taking the picture. Not sure how good their English are. Maybe she understand.
Will I come here again. Definitely but it really depends if I am in the hood. I rarely go to North Van. The Lion Gates Bridge bothers me sometimes. Hate crossing it.

This shop has been around a long time. Large selection of bubble tea drinks. The prices are very reasonable. The ambiance is a little dated and looks like it has seen better days. However, the drinks are very well made. I really enjoyed my fresh fruit bubble tea.

My friends and I love this place! Bubble tea is delicious and the service is great to top it off. The wife the husband and the son Are so kind that I always come back for more, other than the bubble tea is awesome! They actually use fruits and not those synthetic powders. They make sure the bubble tea is well blended. The wife is so nice!!! She always remembers our orders. Mine is Raspberry and Mango with no Milk :) Best bubble tea ever. I refuse to go anywhere else!

Service here is really good. Very friendly staff. The place is quite small so if you’re going with 5+ people you better hope you’re lucky to get the sofa area. I had a strawberry mango slush. It was a little too sweet and not enough flavor but it was fine. The pearls were a little big too hard. Oh and cash only!
