I can’t speak to the quality of coffee but the wraps and bottled juice were extremely over priced. Wrap was mediocre to begin with but the two items came to a total of $ 15! I think I’ll just hit up a fast food place next time to get my money’s worth at least.

Their coffee is decent enough but I share the sentiment in one of the previous reviews. Their service is very impersonal at best but usually snappy and outright rude. I have learned my lesson by now and now I only go in for a to-go cup of coffee if I happen to be in the complex for another reason. Definitely not a destination coffee spot.

Decent coffee. Never had any problem with the service. Our most recent stop resulted in a very delicious muffin– it was full of grains and seeds. I’m also partial to their lemon loaf. Lemonny and sweet. MMMM If you are in the area, this is a decent place for coffee and a sweet. Limited seating, so you might be out of luck if you are looking for a place to lounge.

Worst Beans Around The World location yet visited. With unlabeled baking and counter staff who couldn’t be bothered to identify anything when asked(even without a lineup behind me). I had to ask three times before deciding to order, whether there was a place to sit with a power outlet(being told twice that wifi was wireless). The cost of 12oz caramel macchiato and a slice of banana loaf came to $ 7.22(wow!) And finally note that whatever coffee you choose to order, be aware that their non-smiling, non-cheery tight lipped coffee delivery most likely will involve the indiscriminate coffee placement at the coffee counter without notification. Having seen a senior waiting and waiting for her simple brewed coffee whilst it laid in wait at the other counter, even when I mentioned to the barista that they might need to say that it was ready, the repetition of that statement and blank stare didn’t encourage me to return in the future.

Not a bad place while shopping at the mall. Today I went and got a coffee and muffin, and the woman behind the counter held out her hand for payment, flicking her fingers inward. I asked«what’s that?» and she said«money!». It was the very worst example of customer service I have ever experienced in Canada. I’d rather head to the Bean at Lonsdale Quay.
