Incredibly horrible customer service. I brought three computers to clean up. Not only are they not authorized, they didn’t even let me know that the computers were still under warranty. They cleaned 2, couldn’t figure out the third one, so kept it longer and charged me more. They also sold me anti-​virus for all. After bringing it home, it still didn’t operate properly. I brought it back and they said a new hard drive would make it like new. I got the hard drive, paying for it, after paying for the previous cleanup. After a couple days, it still didn’t work. Brought it in, they said it was dropped. It wasn’t. They said I’d have to buy another. I went to an authorized dealer, they told me all about how my computers originally were under the warranty, as was the hard drive they put in. I went back, they stood by their story, and offered nothing! I asked them if they could return the hard drive for warranty. They said I could look them up and inquire about that. I should have left after they needed more time (and money) for the one computer. I wanted to give them a chance to earn my trust and business and it only got worse. Absolutely disgusted. Don’t deal with these people. They do not know what they’re doing.
