This low rating is because the burger patties are cold not even reheated.
NOT FOLLOWING FOOD SAFE

the ingredients are fresh, now if they could heat the patties I would give it 4 stars the place is clean.

Standard burger place. Although A & W is an American chain, because this location is in Vancouver, of course poutine (french fried topped with gravy and cheese) was on the menu. Other than that, no other notable items on the menu.
Prices were a bit higher than we were expecting for a casual burger joint, but this seemed to be the trend (high food prices) for most, if not all, food establishments in Vancouver.
Onion rings were great.
No refills on the drinks (WHAT???)
Restaurant was clean and spacious.
Service was fast and friendly.
