Great gluten free pizza! Kids eat free. Huge portions, great service, great location if staying at the hotel. Recommend for sure for families

Calamari — under cooked with zero seasoning. Basil aioli tasted vinegary? Skip it. Leave now. It’s not getting better. Meat Lovers Pizza — recommended by waiter — pepperoni sausage ham and bacon. The only ok component was the pepperoni. Everything else could have been scraped off a frozen bagel bites or squeezed out of a hot pocket. Free bread — not worth the price Coca Cola — they managed not to screw this up, mainly because they don’t get to touch it. Nice servers! I guess that’s a plus. That’s the one star.

Thank goodness we decided to randomly come in here on Christmas Day — this place is big and spacious and seemed to be able to accommodate everyone coming in for dinner! We ordered the Pasta Di Mare and Meat Lovers Pizza — The seafood in the pasta was fresh and delicious but the amount of olive oil towards the end of the meal was a little overwhelming. Pizza was good with a good amount of meat

Another disappointing restaurant in Niagara Falls. We stayed at the Hilton for my daughter’s birthday and had a $ 40 voucher for dinner. Throw in the fact that kids eat free and we were hoping that this would be an ok priced meal. We were seated promptly, and they do have larger booths that can accommodate a family of five. First issue: the kids menu doesn’t have pizza on it — even though you have a wood burning pizza oven. So what should have been a free kids pizza, I had to pay $ 15 to order a pizza off of the adults menu for my son. The menu has a whole range of items: my wife had a gluten free margherita pizza, I had the cannelloni with spinach and ricotta. My elder daughter had a salad(Dad doesn’t pay attention), son had pepperoni pizza, and my younger daughter had macaroni and cheese. We were served an assortment of bread and edible oil, which my younger daughter made a mess with the oil. The bread was the most memorable part of the meal. The waitress brought our food out, and put down my younger daughter’s meal saying«Here’s the kids Macroni and Cheese» I had to reply«in what part of Italy do they refer to Penne Rigatone as Macroni?» Yes they had brought my daughter Penne in butter sauce and called it Mac & Cheese. My cannelloni was meh. It was well prepared. However along the way someone forgot to load in some flavour. It was very basic, and if there were some seasoning or spices mixed in with the spinach and ricotta, I would likely have been running around the restaurant high-fiving the kitchen staff. I had a bit of my son’s pizza, and was happy with the execution. He was able to eat half of it, and brought the other half to the hotel room fridge and he ate it in the car on the drive home. My wife’s gluten free wasn’t good though. The crust was horrible. I’ve eaten gluten free pizza before and horrible, simply horrible was the best description for the crust. Total damage was $ 115 before coupon, or $ 75 including tax & tip.

Came here to get out of the rain and we were pleasantly surprised. The waitress was friendly and welcoming. Sat down next to a lovely looking log fire and promptly served drinks. Pizza was delicious and I was allowed to make changes– highly recommend the garlic oil and feta cheese. The pasta dish was also lovely. Suggestion for some home made bread for the table but apart from that– lovely place.

We ordered one Margherita pizza and pasta il mare(not sure it’s exact name but it was a pasta with olive oil and seafood).I should have read the reviews before I ordered! The pizza was very bland, it was like chewing a paper box. The pasta tasted equally as bad as the pizza. It tasted sour which I assumed it was not seasoned properly. The service was acceptable at least. Bottom line: the food is not worth its price.

A horrible restaurant. I ordered the blue cheese steak, my boyfriend ordered the margarita pizza, both flavourless, and boring. I could make both these meals 500% better at home. My piña colada was good enough. The only thing that was great was the bread, warm ciabatta bread, delicious. The service was okay, slow for a ½ full restaurant. Definitely over priced for the low quality food. Go somewhere else!

Based on other reviews, it seems that my allergies were an advantage here. I couldn’t partake of the set menu so they had to come up with something special for me. I had chicken with salad from the AYCE salad bar and it was fine. The rest of our group didn’t complain about their meals. We were there on a conference so none of us had high expectations. Wine was reasonably priced. Lovely biscotti offered after the meal. Six adults fit comfortably into a booth. Table seating available, too. Looks out onto the street.

Where do I start? Went there when it was called Macaroni. Service was horrible! Got our order wrong, food had to be sent back 3 times! Fast forward 3 years later. Name has changed, menu is the same. Service is just as horrible if not worse. Kids food was cold when brought to the table. Not seasoned well, not enough sauce on pasta — asked for more which never came. Chicken parm was very bland, no flavour, not much sauce, just a lot of breading & cheese. No pizza on the kids menu — very shocked about that. It’s an Italian restaurant with no pizza on the kids menu — shaking my head over that one. We had to pay $ 17.00 and order a huge pizza for our 4 year old. Kids are supposed to eat free when an adult order from certain parts of the menu — apparently not if they want pizza. If I wanted my kids to each chicken & fries or burger & fries, i’d take them to McDonald’s. There were 8 people in our party and we were there for just over 2 hours. Nobody’s food came at the same time, appetizers came with 2 mains, then 3 mains came out and finally the rest of our table was served their food after inquiring 3 – 4 times and 30 minutes later. Big mistake giving them a 2nd chance — i will not go back. Hilton needs to add a better restaurant to add in it’s place.

The food was only okay. I was expecting a bit more from the menu and quality. Good selection of local wines, though.

It was ok. Definitely not terrible, definitely not great. If I could rate this on my red sangria, bruschetta appetizer and dessert alone it would be 5+ stars. But the entrees were just eh. Nothing special. I got the penne with vodka sauce and my boyfriend got veal parmesan. The sauce on his pasta was watery. You certainly don’t expect to see that in a restaurant.

I was pleasantly surprised. We had 2 pizzas and they were very good. Drinks were excellent… good sizes and strong. Overall I would recommend… at least for lunch.

First place we actually had a full meal… Big mistake. First off, the air conditioning was dripping in my drink, next my order comes out with cheapo pasta sauce. Chicken and pasta, is supposed to be chicken on noodles, not chicken with spaghetti. Hmm… Maybe ask me if I want the sauce? Next, I find a fork with some kind of green glue on it. Kids running about, screaming when they please, more of a playground instead of a business. To much for the price. It was about 100.00USD for 4 people, one free kids meal, they charged us for. Had to point it out to get it removed.

I think this was the first place we ate after a long road trip to Niagara Falls, so really anything edible would do. Started with the bruschetta, which was actually pretty good. The tomatoes had a nice flavor and the bread was a lot better than the appetizer bread they brought us to start. A group of 4, we split 2 pizzas, which was about enough food for us. We knew one wouldn’t be enough. The pizza with feta cheese on it had a good taste to it. The pizza with prosciutto was good too, but didn’t have a lot of prosciutto on it. Ended up being mostly veggies after a few slices. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Bad service, overcooked food. So bad that my kids didn’t eat much of sphagetti as the tomato basil was so bad that I can’t believe a nice facility like this would be so terrible cooking. Another dish we had was seafood, which was okay. Service was terrible as server never came back to ask if all was ok. Please avoid if u can

Kids eat free? NOT ! You gotta order main entrée for adults if you want kids to eat free. Cant order pizza or other ‘non entrée’ items from the menu. Food was ‘meh’ for the prices! Service was however good. Wish we didn’t stop by here. kinda wasted our time and money.

Pranzo on the ground floor of the Hilton Hotel proved a big disappointment. Not that we had high expectations for a chain restaurant in a hotel, but even so this pricey establishment didn’t measure up. We arrived for lunch and found Pranzo’s perhaps a third filled. Even so, it took us 10 minutes to get noticed. Not a good start. There is no lunch menu, so everything carries a dinner price, which is definitely overpriced for the food. It’s a chain, remember. The pepperoni pizza was pretty good, the spaghetti so-so, a bit overcooked. Getting drink refills was agonizingly slow. We left wishing we hadn’t stopped by. Hope your experience is better.

Not a bad place to dine. Wasn’t the best meal I have ever had in my life, but wasn’t horrible. I would describe it as your typical chain Italian restaurant food. Restaurant is pretty large. We arrived at 7pm on a Tuesday, and it was practically empty which I thought was odd. Service was great. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. Started of with the bruschetta which was quite tasty. I ordered the Famoso White Pizza. It was just ok. Had a ton of spinach on it which was slightly cooked, and ended up having a bitter taste to it. Ended up scraping most of it off. My friend got the Braised Beef Ravioli, which he liked a lot. Definitely better options in the area, but if you don’t feel like straying far from the hotel its a good place to eat.
