I came by around 7pm and it was relatively crowded. The service was fast and the baristas were friendly. It was my first at this location and I am not in Newmarket often, but it’s alright. I can’t say how the location operates regularly, but they handle themselves pretty well for the amount of traffic when I visited.
Verdict: alrighty

Watered out frapp… Tasted like shit.
Plus hovering HUGE flies all over the place… Disgusting.
Baristas seemed bored and could care less about customers.
Will not be back. KThanks bye.

I HAVE to give this place a full 5 star review. Since I started working at the mall I started with the standard «timmys runs» before my shift, but pretty much after the first time I decided to switch it up to Starbucks (it was closer en route to my work) I definately can never ever go back to anything else for my daily pre-​work caffine fix. I’ve been a regular there for nearly 6 years now and even since I don’t work at the mall anymore I STILL go to this location. Theres another one in the mall in Target but it lacks in cleanliness and good staff. The people at the location I go to beside the yonge st entrance of the mall are awesome, they always remember what I want to drink and on the odd time I change it up they will offer great suggestions, they are just flat out good people to see first in my day before I go to work… it’s comfortable, clean, and good… and heck why wouldn’t you want to pay pretty much 60 cents more for a extra large (venti) coffee when you get a choice of 3 types of roasts of QUALITY coffee. This is where I go for coffee. Always.

Great service, extremely friendly staff… I love this location ;)

Upper Canada Mall Location
Not the greatest customer service, and certainley not the level of service which is expected and received at most locations… very small and alway’s busy; would much rather go to the Chapter’s location…
