Review: My husband was extremely picky about his wedding band. More so than I was with my wedding gown. We went to countless jewelry stores before finding a tungsten/​rose gold Madani band that he liked. However, Kavar had the most competitive price of this ring designer. Cost about $ 400 (again less than the other stores in the mall). We went to the Upper Canada Mall location which is family owned and operated. Emily (the daughter) was our main sales associate and we couldn’t have been happier. The transaction went smoothly and we had good service during the purchase. Never did my husband feel pressured by any sales tactics while he was shopping. After purchasing a tungsten ring, my husband lost weight. Tungsten cannot be re-​sized and with the rose gold in the band, it could not be re-​ordered. Emily went above and beyond to help us solve this problem and my husband was able to get a band in the right size now. The only mark I took away was for contact. Even after the re-​sized ring arrived in store, they did not call my husband. He had to call them to see if it was in. I think this is mainly due to their number (located in Newmarket) being long distance despite living just south of them in Richmond Hill/​Aurora.
