What a disappointment. Was referred to said dentist because of an elderly family members broken tooth.
Was under the impression that the first visit was to remove what was left. Instead, it was merely a consultation. Next appointment was booked for 9 days after that. THIS IS AN 88 YEAR OLD WOMAN. There was not a single reason that the tooth could not have been extracted right there.
To top things off, that appointment was cancelled and rescheduled four days later.
Clearly, this is an instance where a patient was treated as an appointment. I can also tell through reviews on other sites that this person seems to have a lack of empathy for others. The receptionist I spoke to was nice, however it was evident that her hands were tied.
He may or may not do decent work, but if you’re expecting a professional who is prompt, on time and reliable to honour his commitment in seeing you, you might very well be SOL.
