I’m writing about the branch on 6th @ 6th. When I first moved back here from LA they wouldn’t let me open a checking account because they couldn’t check my credit history across borders.
I wasn’t even asking for an overdraft so my heart was filled with hate. Years later I got full equity in my condo and they were singing a different tune.
But what you gonna do? The bank officer there, an English fellow, he was nice. But when I get my inheritance I will ask him to do a little monkey dance for me, «You want my money? Dance; DANCE!»
Or whatever. They are better than the RBC. By a country mile.
Once the tellers got used to my face they were polite and helpful.
In summation: Go for it!
