Even one star is too much. Spoiled meet, rotting veggies, unfriendly service. Sad to see how a nice store falling apart.

Rotten vegetables! Rotten prices! What happened to the awesome little shop that this used to be?

Hmmm. I went in here recently, and I have found I can no longer recommend it as a «gourmet» shop. The food products are mostly what you can find elsewhere for cheaper. However, the florist is the saving grace. I’ve ordered flowers for special occasions from them, and with a little discussion as to budget and preferences, they have made up something wonderful each time. There’s always a beautiful selection of ready-made plants and bouquets out front, too. So when I need a little colour in my life, they’re still there.

They have rainbow roses… I am happy. The first thing that you notice is the large selection of flowers both inside and outside the show. In the back there is a green house. They also sell some grocery and there’s a butcher. Think of this as primarily a flower shop with a meat section in the back. Prices are all over the map for the flowers and the grocery seems a little marked up, even for a small mom and pop shop. The guy I am dating and I just browsed, therefore, we didn’t use the customer service.

Absolutely terrible customer service and even worse company policy Ordered flowers for a special occasion and paid for delivery. Left a number as was required. The company ends up calling the number of the business and stating not only who they are but that he has a delivery for an individual at that location and«can’t find it». I’m under the impression if you’re going to have a delivery service, generally you should know where you’re delivering too. Especially when the location to be delivered to is INTHESAMEVICINITYASYOURLOCATION(it was a few blocks down from where they were and is not difficult to find at all). Googling or using a gps is hard? If you know you’re delivering flowers to a location, 99% of the time it is a surprise. That’s pretty self-explanatory. If you don’t know where a location is, the best approach would first be to use google or a GPS. If all else fails and you can’t find it, calling is fine, I have no problem with that as long as you say something like: «I’m looking for your location, how do I get there» …and NOT«Hi I’m from a florist shop and I have a delivery for X, I can’t find your location, how do I get there» On top of that, I call in a few days later after finding out about this whole issue. Wasn’t looking for any sort of refund but more of an apology than anything else. The first person I talk to doesn’t even apologize and just says let me pass you over. The next person, likely the owner(or someone who had some authority), after I’ve explained the situation, says to me, «well it’s basically done and the flowers were delivered. What exactly do you want? I could scold my driver but it really does nothing here». An apology doesn’t even come out of his mouth until I basically say I’m not looking for a refund and I was basically just calling to bring it to his attention. I suggest adopting a new company policy or investing in some GPS equipment. Otherwise, scrap the shitty delivery service. Try taking ownership for your mistakes. Not everyone is looking for a refund or free flowers. Sometimes a genuine apology goes a long way.

Awesome, awesome, awesome. Right up the street. They carry everything I need for cooking, even things I haven’t seen anywhere else. Fresh meat and produce, flowers, everything. Super friendly atmosphere. Love!
