Super impressed with the service from Patrick at Mr. Locksmith New West. I had a deadbolt that was wearing out from age and making it tough to open the door. He was fast to pop by for an estimate, gave me a few options for different price points and levels of security, and was able to come back the next day with all the parts required. When we realized the previous installers had made a bit of a mess of the install, Patrick came up with a few other options of how to proceed. I appreciated that he cleaned up with his own vacuum and then showed me a few security features of how it worked. His price was in my budget though I doubt he is the cheapest out there, but having been broken into before, home security isn’t the place to cut corners. Would definitely recommend and will use again!

What a life saver! I needed emergency re-​keying for my locks due to lost keys. Patrick came 15 mins after I called. And the whole process only took less than 30 minutes. It was such a pleasure. Will definitely use his service again, hopefully for less unfortunates circumstances. I would recommend them to anyone in the area that needed a lock service.

The company we called was fully booked and was not able to do any same day repairs. But they provided us with Patrick’s number instead which I’m v glad they did as it turned out he was in my area at the time and came within 15mins of the call. I was very fortunate and ontop of it he had the exact parts needed to fix my door even tho he’s forte is fixing locks! Definitely a huge thumbs up and will always recommend him for any last minute emergencies.
