Had my iPhone crap out on me a few weeks ago and a friend of mine recommended that I take it to this place. The manager was a polite and easygoing guy, no pressure to buy anything at all! I left the phone with him overnight and he called me the next day with a quote and pickup date. The whole process took only a few days and it was quick and painless, my screen was beautifully replaced like new and not a scratch on it. I’m glad these guys take the time to do it right and I will most likely go back there for anything else I need done to my phone.

Ineptitude at every level.
My cell phone stopped turning on/​charging, so I brought it in in physically perfect condition. The manager said he’d contact me the next day with a price quote. He did not contact me, so I went in after two days, and he said he was still working on it. It took him 4 days to tell me my screen was broken, which I knew was not the case.
At this point, I went in to pick up the phone, as I did not want to deal with a business with such poor communication and broken guarantees. However, every time I went in, my phone was offsite. The manager decided to replace the screen, and after 8 days, my phone was available to be picked up, still broken.
It was returned to me in horrible condition:
. Not only was there sticky glue residue all around the edges of the screen, but the screen itself isn’t sitting in the phone properly at all. It can be pulled apart and the underneath exposed. There are cracks all over, as the picture shows.
I do not recommend going to this place for repairs, as I don’t think they know what they’re doing at all, and they are exceptionally slow. My phone is still broken and is now in such poor shape there is no point repairing it.
