My friend and I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to get our acrylic nails filled. We arrived on time and they had us wait for 5 or 10 minutes before starting. Once we did get seated, it took 2 HOURS to get our fills done because they kept taking clients and were completely overloaded. To top it off, two employees started having what was clearly a heated argument in the full salon and made several customers uncomfortable. We won’t be back.

I have been seeing Deena at this salon for over a year now for my monthly pedicures. She always takes extra time massaging my feet and finishes with hot stones. There have been many times when I’ve accidentally smudged the polish while drying. Deena is quick to act and will redo any nails always with a smile.
Colour choices can be limited. I’d recommend bringing your own polish just in case you don’t find one you like from their selection.
