Sandwiches are great value. Fresh and piled high with meat. A perfect place to grab a quick lunch.

Gluten-​free bread that is the best around — but only for those that are gluten-​intolerant not celiac. Best we’ve found that is like real bread… not some sad rice-​based imitation of the real thing. You can call ahead to order quantities — do so because it goes fast. Two varieties; flax and potato or onion potato (best buns for hamburgers). Make sure to order ‘unsliced’ as there is no dedicated slicer. I have no idea what Kelsey’s review is referring to as the owner himself told me long ago that he developed the recipe for a neighbourhood child who was gluten-​intolerant many years ago and has been selling it ever since.

Owner lies about gluten free bread. He actually buys it frozen from a bakery in Coquitlam. He sells to people and places all in the lower mainland. Claims it’s not guaranteed ‘gluten free’ as it’s made in a bakery that contains gluten. But the first ingredient is actually wheat flour and bought frozen.
