Someone hit the driver’s side mirror on my mother in laws Honda Accord. I called around to price a replacement. Onion had the best price by a large margin. Once the part came in I made an appointment and the part was installed quickly.
I got a quote for tires while I was there. Very good prices.

This place is awful. When I called about an oil change they said they could take me right away. Then when I got here they said 45 minutes and 25 min later they still hadn’t started nor did they look like they would any time soon. I decided to leave but had to wait another 12 min for the mechanic to return from a test drive in another car with my keys in his pocket. Terrible place and service!!!

Perhaps they don’t have the best auto technology in Ottawa, But They have the lowest price for service. I bought my winter tires here (they had a tire groupbuy promotion for winter tires) last winter and got them installed. The price for each tire was 159 $(tax and installation fee included), plus $ 70 cash rebate from manufacturer (Michelin iceX-​3). The oil change price usually 20−25% lower than Active Green and Ross. One disadvantage for you to choose this station is: they are too busy to answer your phone. So, try to make an appointment via Email.
