I was on an annual plan with Francis Home Environment Service Experts for six years with no complaints but then I moved, I called in and cancelled my program but the monthly charges continue for over a year and a half. After 1 ½ years the monthly charges finally stopped and after 6 months still no refund.

Shawn is pleasant, conscientious and resourceful. He checked the furnace, thermostat, water heater. He fixed everything that he could, plus pointed out tips to the property manager for carpentry and electrical that was outside his scope, but would cause a problem eventually.
