Parker Relocation Group

Well I don’t normally come to social media to blast a company but Parker Relocation Group in cahoots with Duncan Moving and Storage have pushed the wrong button on this guy.
Things you have to expect if you file a claim:
1. Glass and marble slabs are NOT insured
2. There is a $ 100 deductable
3. Artwork will be «repaired» if possible (they care less about the depreciated value of a repaired item).
4. They only payout 70% of the claim
Had I known all this going in I am sure I could have found MUCH more damage. If you do have to file a claim make sure you file it high to cover your costs. My VERY reasonable $ 1500 claim was whittled down to $ 300 by Parker.
President of Parker Relocation is extremely rude and unprofessional during telephone conversations.
Never ever will I use this company again.
