Vital Data Recovery

I recently had an excellent experience with Vitaly from Vital Data Recovery.
My Sony Vaio suffered some water damage. I took it to several computer repair businesses in Montréal and none of them could repair the machine or restore the data. Luckily one of them referred me to Vitaly and he was able to restore all my files. It turns out my SSD storage was actually 4 RAID disks which makes recovery quite difficult. Vitaly explained the process in simple terms and walked me through the steps he would need to take to transfer my files to a back-​up hard drive.
The process took about a week and the charges, while not inexpensive, were reasonable given the number of hours required. In addition, Vitaly was kind enough to meet me in his office on a Saturday on two separate occasions (dropping off and picking up the computer) even though weekends are outside of his normal operating hours.
In all, I am very grateful I found this company and I can’t recommend them more highly.
