I brought in my MacBook Pro and suspected there was possible water damage, the trackpad was glitchy, and then it would not turn on at all. Made the appointment same day and brought it in. I asked if it could be ready next day, if at all possible, they explained that normally it is 3 – 5 days for a laptop depending on the problem, which was fine. They assured me they would open it up the next day and update me.
Not 45 minutes after I dropped it off, I got a call saying that they looked at it right away and it was not water damage, just an off balance trackpad and they fixed the problem and it could be picked up same day or next day, and the bonus… No charge as it fell under their basic diagnostics!
Amazing service, friendly, fast (way faster than I thought!) and made it a point to let me know the good news right away. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.
