I purchased a Team Buy coupon for a great deal at this business. I called 5 times to try and make an appointment. I was told to call back at a later date each time. When I finally did get through to someone who could set an appointment, I was told that the«hairdresser doesn’t want to do the coupons anymore, because we’re not getting our money back.» I was also told that should I decide to come, I would be charged more than the coupon deal. When I asked for a refund I was told to call Team Buy instead. 1. This is FALSE advertising. If a company makes a commitment, then they should finish off the coupons that have already been sold, and stop selling new ones. 2. If you are a business, and are going to engage customers via coupons, someone should do the appropriate math so that the business doesn’t lose money, but the customers don’t get screwed over. 3. Telling a potential customer that you don’t really care about their purchase and consequent interest in your business is wrong. 4. «We don’t get our money’s worth» is not the customer’s fault or problem. 5. The person on the phone made the hairdresser sound unprofessional.

Teambuy deal brought me here but the prices are reasonable on their own. Owner/Stylist Michelle was super sweet and extra attentive with keeping as much as my length as possible when I explained why I hadn’t been to a salon in 10 years. My hair looks great as looks/feels so much healthier. Yay!
